ZERO IMPACT GOAL

Thanks to the support of STP Certification, we adopt concrete measures to reduce and offset CO₂ emissions through certified environmental projects.

ENERGY DIAGNOSIS OF THE FACILITY
Following a series of analyses, in 2023/2024 we implemented significant interventions aimed at improving the environmental impact of our headquarters:
· Full relamping with LED technology
· Replacement of the boiler with a high-efficiency system
· Installation of a photovoltaic system, operational since 2024. Located on the roof of the building, the system produces renewable energy, covering a significant portion of the company’s energy needs and contributing to the reduction of indirect CO₂ emissions. Part of the energy is self-consumed and part is fed back into the grid.
RESPONSIBLE CONSUPTION E PRODUCTION

SUSTAINABLE SOURCING AND PRODUCTION

We require our manufacturing partners to comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. We monitor environmental compliance and performance through regular audits, set reduction targets, and provide training to help our suppliers improve their environmental performance.

SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING

We research both new and existing materials to improve the sustainability of our products and packaging, while ensuring safety and durability. We offer our clients products made with more sustainable materials, including plant-based or recycled plastics, and packaging solutions that minimize the use of single-use plastics in favor of materials like recycled paper or paper from sustainable sources.

NO POVERTY

We recognize that poverty is often the result of structural inequalities in global trade that disadvantage producers and workers in developing countries.

Through Fairtrade, we are committed to ensuring decent working conditions and fair pay for agricultural producers and artisans, enabling them to earn a fair and sustainable income to support themselves and their families.

We actively collaborate with Fairtrade producers, purchasing and promoting Fairtrade-certified products within our supply chain. This allows us not only to offer our clients high-quality products, but also to contribute directly to improving the living conditions of those who work hard to produce them.

GENDER EQUALITY

50% of our workforce is female.

This is not only the result of merit-based and inclusive hiring policies, but also of our corporate culture, which has always actively valued and promoted female talent.
We believe that gender diversity is a valuable asset that enriches our company through diverse perspectives, creativity, and innovation capacity.

All our female employees have equal access to professional growth opportunities, training, and career development.

YOUNG ENERGY, FUTURE VISION

YOUTH EMPLOYMENT: In recent years, we have dedicated significant resources to hiring and developing young talent. 70% of our new hires are under 30, offering them real opportunities for professional and personal growth within our company.
We recognize the value of the energy, creativity, and unique perspective that young people bring, and we are committed to providing them with a stimulating and rewarding work environment.

CONTINUOUS TRAINING – PEA ACADEMY PROJECT: In 2024, we launched the “PEA Academy” project: a structured internal training program through which we delivered over 400 hours of training, with an average of 12 hours per person. Topics included workplace safety, quality and certified management, environmental sustainability, and soft skills. “PEA Academy” was created to support each employee in their professional journey, promoting continuous learning, competence, and growth.

DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWT

INCLUSION AND SOCIAL VALUE IN SUPPLY CHAINS: Since 2024, we have been collaborating with a social cooperative for cleaning services at our headquarters.
This choice reflects our commitment to a more inclusive and equitable economy, supporting organizations that promote the employment of individuals in vulnerable or disadvantaged situations.

A HEALTHY AND SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL EMPLOYEES: The health and safety of our employees are of utmost importance.
We have invested in the creation of shared spaces within the company designed to enhance employee well-being and lifestyle. These include outdoor relaxation areas, new dining facilities, and spaces for social interaction.

SOCIAL AUDITS: We conduct regular ethical audits at our suppliers, including Smeta (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit), to assess and monitor respect for workers' rights, workplace safety, and overall working conditions, promoting corrective actions and continuous improvement.

CERTIFICATIONS: In 2025, we confirmed our integrated management system by obtaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to quality, the environment, and continuous improvement.
