Pea & Promoplast s.r.l (hereinafter the “Company”) points out the following pursuant to art. 13, in light of paragraph 30 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) on natural persons’ data protection with regard to the processing of their personal data, with a view to explaining the purposes and the modalities of the processing of the personal data that might be shared while visiting this website (hereinafter the “Site”).
It is specified that this information uniquely refers to the Site and not to the websites run by third parties, which Users may reach by means of links contained in it.
CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The information systems and the software procedures relied upon to operate the Site acquire, as part of their standard functioning, some personal data whose forwarding is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected with a view to being associated to identified interested users; however, due to their nature, it may allow identifying users through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING, NATURE OF DATA TRANSFER AND CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL
The Company will process users’ data in order to assist browsing and to provide the services that may be requested through forms that are made available specifically in the Site. With the exception of what has been specified in relation to navigation data and technical cookies, within the Site sections set up for particular services upon request, users will be free to provide their personal data for the purposes described in the respective informative reports, but failure to provide them may result in the impossibility to obtain the service requested.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
